چکیده

The objective of this research was to understand the expression characteristics and biological functions Medicago truncatula genes under long-day conditions. leaves “R108” tribulus at branch stage (A), bud (B), initial flowering (C), full (D) were sequenced using RNA-Seq technology. genome truncatula, a related species used as reference for sequence comparison. transcriptomes three adjacent periods (A vs. B, B C, C D) analyzed differential gene these screened. A total 6875 differentially expressed detected. GO functional analysis showed that mainly involved in processes, cell components, molecular functions, among which most synthesis components. KEGG enrichment circadian rhythm, photosynthetic antenna protein, ribosome metabolism, other pathways. number single nucleotide variants detected by cSNP 312,875, frequency A/G C/T highest. function eggNOG divided into 23 categories, with 26,745 having similarities, while 9008 classified an unknown function, 2669 part signal transduction mechanisms, 2194 being transcription. In different developmental stages D), 3463 up-regulated 3412 down-regulated found. difference between more noteworthy stage. addition, 79 found, 51 identified participating photoperiodic regulation pathway, consisting up-regulated, 28 down-regulated. ratios gene-LOC11410562(GI), gene-LOC11435974(CO), gene-LOC11422615(TOC1), gene-LOC11432385(LHY) higher than those gene-LOC25500742(PHYA) gene-LOC11 431402(ELF3); gene-LOC11434778(Col13), gene-LOC25498015(Col6), gene-LOC11415514(Col9) pre-expressed. above significantly lays foundation further study mechanism truncatula.

Comparative Analysis of the Symbiotic Efficiency of Medicago truncatula and Medicago sativa under Phosphorus Deficiency

Phosphorus (P)-deficiency is a major abiotic stress that limits legume growth in many types of soils. The relationship between Medicago and Sinorhizobium, is known to be affected by different environmental conditions. Recent reports have shown that, in combination with S. meliloti 2011, Medicago truncatula had a lower symbiotic efficiency than Medicago sativa. However, little is known about how...

Medicago truncatula

Immanuel Kant noted this approach would not be suitable for understanding complex systems such as an organism. He said there would never be a " Newton of the blade of grass " : because the blade of grass is more than the sum of its parts, complete knowledge of the parts list will not necessarily be predictive of the behavior of the whole. Fortunately, we don't have to resort to a vitalistic exp...

Methylotrophic metabolism is advantageous for Methylobacterium extorquens during colonization of Medicago truncatula under competitive conditions.

Facultative methylotrophic bacteria of the genus Methylobacterium are commonly found in association with plants. Inoculation experiments were performed to study the importance of methylotrophic metabolism for colonization of the model legume Medicago truncatula. Competition experiments with Methylobacterium extorquens wild-type strain AM1 and methylotrophy mutants revealed that the ability to u...

Medicago truncatula interaction with insects

Medicago truncatula is attacked by a broad range of insect herbivores including sieve-element feeders, cell content feeders, and chewing insects. In M. truncatula, genetic resistance against insects has to date been identified only against aphids: single dominant resistance genes have been identified conferring resistance against the pea aphid, bluegreen aphid, and spotted alfalfa aphid. Aphids...

Transcript analysis of early nodulation events in Medicago truncatula.

Within the first 72 h of the interaction between rhizobia and their host plants, nodule primordium induction and infection occur. We predicted that transcription profiling of early stages of the symbiosis between Medicago truncatula roots and Sinorhizobium meliloti would identify regulated plant genes that likely condition key events in nodule initiation. Therefore, using a microarray with abou...
